Your Role As Change Manager, you will report to the Head of Change Management. You will own the site's change and project pipeline, ensuring successful implementation of initiatives, adoption of new processes, and standardization of practices. You will partner with stakeholders across local and central teams to align resources, monitor progress, and deliver sustainable improvements.
