You understand what makes student communities tick — from what's trending on campus to the best ways to reach and engage young audiences. You’re organised, proactive, and hungry to build a career in youth marketing, events, or brand campaigns. You’ve got great communication skills (in both German and English), a sharp eye for detail, and a passion for delivering brilliant experiences for young people. What You’ll Be Doing As our Graduate Marketing Coordinator (Germany), you’ll play a hands-on role in delivering exciting student campaigns across the country. You will: Recruit & Support Student Ambassadors – Help build and manage a vibrant student ambassador network across German universities. Execute Campaigns – Support on-the-ground activations, national campus tours, and creative student-led marketing. Leverage Your Network – Use your campus connections to bring campaigns to life where they’ll have the most impact. Be the Voice on the Ground – Provide local insights, trends, and feedback from students back to the global team. Track Progress – Help with scheduling, logistics, and campaign reporting to ensure everything runs smoothly. You’ll work closely with our Global Account Manager (based in Germany) and collaborate with teams across Europe and North America.
