Analysis of processes, procurement organizations and product groups. Development of suitable strategies and measures to optimize the supply chain and the strategic procurement process. You will implement these strategies and realize real results for the customer. Broad range of challenges. Broad customer portfolios and project assignments at home and abroad for a wide variety of industries and customers. From start-ups, retail, consumer goods, to the energy and automotive industries or the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. Intensive customer consulting.
