As Manager HR Service at QVC, you will play a central role in the development and management of our HR Service Team in Germany. You will be responsible for defining and implementing the service strategy, optimising transactional processes and contributing to the achievement of our corporate goals. Your expertise in relationship management and your ability to prioritise solutions that offer the greatest added value for our employees make you an indispensable member of our organisation.

*Your to-do list:*
* Leadership and further development of the service team, which serves as the local point of contact for all employees in Germany
* Development and implementation of a comprehensive strategy for the service area in cooperation with the global shared service centre
* Responsible for optimising transactional processes across all people functions
* Creation and maintenance of knowledge management documentation and development of training materials
* Ensuring effective reporting with relevant KPIs to evaluate the performance of the HR department
* Representation of an integrated people function and monitoring of the company's service initiatives
*Your must-haves:*
* Several years of professional experience in a comparable service-oriented position, ideally with leadership experience of virtual teams
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office 365, especially Excel
* Experience with SAP HR and Workday as well as knowledge of case management tools
* Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
* Excellent communication skills at all hierarchical levels and in an international environment
* Fluent written and spoken German and English (English CV is necessary)
