Working pattern: Combination of remote work (home-based) and regular customer visits; office presence as required
Salary: €110 000 – €130 000 base salary per annum + performance-related bonus (approximately 30%) + company car

The role
* Act as the primary commercial lead for the German market, with a strong focus on new business development
* Identify, approach, and convert new customers across multiple B2B segments and partner channels
* Manage complex, consultative sales cycles involving integrated solutions and services
* Build and maintain senior-level relationships with key decision-makers and influencers
* Represent the company in the German market and strengthen brand visibility and credibility
* Support and coordinate a small local team, while remaining fully hands-on in sales activity
* Work closely with international internal teams to deliver tailored customer solutions
* Track pipeline, KPIs, and market activity, providing clear and structured reporting
The candidate
* Proven experience in business development or commercial leadership within B2B technology or solution-based environments
* Strong hunter mentality, with a track record of opening new markets or territories
* Entrepreneurial, autonomous, and comfortable working in less structured organisations
* Experience influencing senior stakeholders and closing complex, high-value deals
* Able to operate independently while contributing to the development of a small team
* Strong knowledge of the German retail and/or banking landscape
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
* Fluent in German and English; additional languages are an advantage
* Willingness to travel frequently across Germany
