</div><div><p>We are currently in the process of establishing a new legal entity in Denmark (Rodby) to operate our future retail business on ferry routes as well as in border shops.</p>
<p>In this role, you will sit in Puttgarden (location border shop), own the overall commercial performance across all sales channels and drive a forward-looking sales strategy. </p>
<p>In particular, you will: </p>
<ul>
<li>assume end-to-end responsibility for the commercial performance of all sales channels (ferries & border shops) </li>
<li>develop and implement a cross-channel sales strategy </li>
<li>drive revenue, margin, and profitability through KPI-based management </li>
<li>build, lead, and continuously develop a high-performing sales organization, including Sales Managers </li>
<li>closely collaborate with Category, Marketing, Logistics & Finance to optimize assortment, pricing, and availability </li>
<li>manage budgets, priorities, and performance initiatives while ensuring consistent execution across all locations</li>

<li>Several years of leadership experience in retail or multi-channel sales with a proven track record of success </li>
<li>Experience in building and leading high-performing teams, including managing leaders </li>
<li>Strong commercial mindset with a clear results orientation </li>
<li>Excellent analytical skills and experience in KPI-based management </li>
<li>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills </li>
<li>Fluent in English and German. Danish is a plus </li>
</ul>
