This role is ideal for a proactive professional with strong leadership skills, a solid operations background, and the ability to coordinate complex shipping and distribution processes. Key Responsibilities Lead, coordinate, and execute the distribution of products to meet customer delivery targets. Develop and mentor the Order Entry & Logistics team, ensuring continuity and efficiency. Establish and maintain short- and long-term shipping forecasts in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Warehouse teams. Implement and maintain documented procedures for Sales Order entry and related processes. Resolve issues between shipping and sales teams to ensure timely product delivery. Collaborate with Finance regarding order transactions, payment collection, and general ledger impact. Organise shipment schedules and manage inventory allocations to align with customer requested ship dates. Oversee the processing of all customer orders, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely documentation. Manage reclamations, perform root cause analyses, and implement corrective actions. Ensure accurate assignment of serialised assets and manage extended warranties, service, and maintenance plans. Maintain compliance with domestic and international shipping regulations (ATR/IATA). Supervise shipping operations, packing procedures, and the maintenance of shipping equipment. Track and report key performance indicators for logistics operations. Coordinate ERP system migration from Microsoft Dynamics to Oracle NetSuite, including planning, training, and process integration. Professional Qualifications Completed general education; office administration training is preferred. Minimum of 5 years' experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations with direct responsibilities for unit results. 4-5 years' experience in an office environment with focus on sales order management. Proficient with standard computer applications; ERP, MRP, Quality Control, and Finance systems knowledge is an advantage. Strong analytical skills, including cost-benefit analysis, risk management, and operations planning. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English. Independent, dependable, and able to work effectively in a team environment. Strong business understanding, technical aptitude, and sound mathematical skills.
