What we're looking for
We're seeking a passionate, proactive, and creative Web3 Community Manager to help grow, engage, and energize our global community. You'll be the voice of arte, driving meaningful interactions, building authentic relationships, and turning our members—from digital artists and NFT creators to DeFi traders and blockchain builders—into active contributors and advocates.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and scale communities across Discord, Telegram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and other platforms (current active base in the thousands within Web3/art spaces).
* Create and schedule engaging daily/weekly content: event announcements, artist spotlights, AMA sessions with devs and creators, educational threads on Web3 + art, memes, polls, and challenges to boost participation.
* Moderate communities: maintain a positive, inclusive vibe, handle inquiries, resolve conflicts, and filter spam effectively.
* Organize and host online & offline events: Twitter Spaces, Discord voice chats, virtual art drops, Dubai meetups, and collaborations within the Crypto Oasis network.
* Drive community growth: attract new members through cross-promotions, influencer partnerships, NFT/art collaborations, and targeted outreach in Web3 ecosystems.
* Gather community feedback and insights, then relay actionable input to the core team (devs, traders, curators).
* Track and report key metrics: engagement rates, retention, growth trends, sentiment analysis (using tools like Discord analytics, Dune, or similar).
Requirements
* 2+ years of experience in community management (ideally in Web3, crypto, NFT, digital art, gaming, or related decentralized spaces).
* Strong understanding of Web3 ecosystem: NFTs, DeFi, DAOs, blockchain fundamentals (Ethereum/Solana preferred), tokenization of art/assets.
* Excellent written and verbal English communication skills; Arabic, Russian, or other languages are a big plus.
* Proven hands-on experience with Discord, Telegram, X, LinkedIn; ability to craft high-engagement content.
* Proactive mindset, creativity, and comfort working in a small, fast-moving team with high autonomy.
* Availability for flexible hours (Web3 never sleeps, but we value work-life balance and prevent burnout).
Nice-to-Haves
* Experience organizing Web3/art events (online/offline) in the MENA region or Dubai.
* Familiarity with Crypto Oasis ecosystem or similar MENA Web3 networks.
* Basic content creation skills (Canva, simple video editing, meme culture).
* Data-driven approach to community growth (KPIs, analytics tools).

* Competitive salary: $80,000 – $120,000 USD per year (depending on experience and location; remote-adjusted).
