We’ve partnered with a leading AI software company powering multilingual customer service at scale. They’re now modernizing their infrastructure — moving from on-prem to scalable cloud (Azure) — and looking for a Database & Platform Engineer to join their fully remote team.
🔧 What You’ll Do
* Manage and optimize PostgreSQL, MS-SQL, and Oracle systems (on-prem + Azure)
* Own performance, security, and backup strategies for production databases
* Support developers with data modeling and SQL optimization
* Help drive cloud migration and modern infrastructure practices
âś… What You Bring
* Deep PostgreSQL experience + MS-SQL or Oracle
* Knowledge of backups, performance tuning, and DB security
* Some exposure to Azure, IaC, or CI/CD (Terraform, Docker, GitHub Actions a plus)
* Fluent German (C1+) and based in Germany
