Regional Finance Director – DACH

As we continue to grow and innovate, we are seeking a high-calibre Regional Finance Director to support and lead the financial strategy across our DACH operations (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland).
&##As a strategic and hands-on finance leader, you will:
Partner with the Regional Director to deliver regional business objectives.
Provide commercial insights to senior leaders to support data-driven decisions.
Lead and mentor the in-country finance teams, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and high performance.
Ensure audit and governance processes are compliant with IFRS and evolving regulatory standards.
Engage in property, contract, and payroll management when required.
A qualified accountant with 3–5+ years' post-qualification experience in a senior financial leadership role.
Proficient in IFRS, SAP, and advanced Excel.
A strong communicator with fluency in English and German is required.
A natural leader, coach, and strategic thinker with a hands-on approach.
