This will be your job As an expert in the design and further development of our IT systems, you will play a central role in our team. Your diverse tasks will include, among other things You will be involved in the further development of our new CRM system based on CAS genesisWorld. You will also take on tasks in the support of related areas such as ERP (Vemas) or DMS (d.velop) You coordinate and manage projects, both internally and with external partners inside You determine the requirements for the CRM system (as well as for other specialist applications) together with colleagues from the respective specialist departments, then implement them and communicate the changes to the users inside You document the systems used and maintain the process manual You support our internal users with your technical knowledge in the selection and use of our internal tools (e.g. CRM, ERP, DMS).
