We are seeking an experienced Administrative Professional to join our team in Luxembourg.
The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar position and fluency in both French and English. Knowledge of German is a plus.
You will be responsible for managing travel arrangements, handling correspondence, and participating in AML/KYC procedures. You will also work closely with other professionals to ensure seamless workflow and support.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Manage travel arrangements, including booking flights, meeting rooms, taxis, and restaurant reservations.
* Handle all forms of correspondence, including physical and electronic mail, draft professional emails, and greet clients both in person and over the phone.
* Participate in AML/KYC procedures by collecting required documentation and conducting initial verifications to open new client files.
* Work closely with other administrative professionals to ensure efficient operations.
