Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Outsourcing Vendor Specialist, located in Bremen. The HR Outsourcing Vendor Specialist will be responsible for managing relationships with HR outsourcing vendors, implementing HR policies, and overseeing employee benefits. Daily tasks include coordinating with vendors, ensuring compliance with HR policies, managing personnel records, and addressing any employee benefit issues. The specialist will also assist in developing and improving HR management processes.
Qualifications
* HR Management, Human Resources (HR), and Personnel Management skills
* Experience with HR Policies and implementing them effectively
* Knowledge of Employee Benefits and managing their administration
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Ability to work on-site in Bremen
* Experience in vendor management is a plus
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
* Fluency in German and English, Chinese is preferred
