Responsibilities
* Gathering requirements, designing, and implementing modern solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Apps, Power Automate, and other Power Platform tools (focus areas: Governance, ALM, Security, Interfaces, Adoption, and Artificial Intelligence)
* Consulting renowned clients on the introduction and use of the Power Platform
* Taking on stream lead roles in complex, cross-technology projects
* Mentoring and supporting our junior colleagues in their professional development
* Delivering training sessions and workshops for our clients
* Continuous learning and deepening of Microsoft topics, especially in the area of Power Platform and Copilot technologies
* Supporting presales activities
Qualifications
* In-depth functional and technical knowledge of the Microsoft Enterprise Cloud ecosystem
* Several years of hands‑on experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Apps and Power Automate
* Solid knowledge of Dataverse, Azure, and M365
* Experience with emerging technologies such as Copilot Studio Agents, Plan Designer, or similar tools
* Passion for innovative cloud services and enthusiasm for exploring new solutions
* Enjoyment in sharing knowledge and collaborating within a large, collegial expert team
* Excellent German and good English language skills
