THE POSITION
We are looking for an Export Manager to further strengthen our global sales team and accelerate our growth in emerging markets. You will be responsible for managing and expanding our distributor and agent network in Parts of Europe, Africa, South America and Asia-Pacific – regions that hold significant potential for the future of Cazal Eyewear.
This role combines strategic responsibility with hands-on execution. You will have a clear scope of ownership, high visibility, and the opportunity to directly shape Cazal’s international presence while building strong, long-term partnerships.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Manage and develop distributor and agent relationships across Europe, LATAM, MEA, and APAC emerging markets
* Evaluate and establish local structures, ensuring premium distribution channels and brand representation
* Drive sales growth across existing and new markets through tailored support and business planning
* Define, implement, and monitor market development strategies, including budgets, forecasts, and KPIs
* Actively support partners in launching new collections and maximizing sales of current and outlet products
* Coordinate and align regional marketing activities in close collaboration with our headquarters team
* International travelto partners, events, and trade shows
YOUR PROFILE
* Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage
* Proven international sales experience, ideally with distributors and agents
* Ability to oversee several regions while maintaining attention to detail
* Strong relationship builder with a long-term, trust-based approach
* Track record in creating and executing market plans with measurable results
* Independent, proactive, and confident in decision-making
