Job Title: IP Solution Manager (m/f/d) Job Location: Eschborn (Greater Frankfurt area), Germany Main Responsibilities: Provide pre-sale support including quotations, network design, proposals, and pre-sale testing. Support, sales management and customers by establishing, developing, and closing business opportunities in the field of IP/MPLS solutions, including routers, switches, and firewall. Identify, develop and close business opportunities with operators and key customers. Collect and analyze relevant market and industry information. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Promote the full range of Huawei IP products and solutions to targeted customers. Create and deliver professional business proposals and presentations. Identify key customer requirements and coordinate with post-sales teams and R&D to ensure requirements are effectively implemented in the products and solutions. Identify, evaluate, and recommend action plans for new business opportunities in line with the overall business strategy. Requirements: Solid knowledge of IP/MPLS and data communications technologies (e,g, switches, router, Wi-Fi, etc.). At least 5 years of experience in a technical pre-sales or post-sales role within the telecom or networking domain, preferably within the DACH region or a comparable market. CCIE certificate is a plus. Strong ability to understand customer needs to translate them into suitable technical solution. Customer-focused mindset with respect for customer requirements. Good understanding of business model and market strategies related to networking solutions and service. Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with a cross-functional team (e.g. product management, engineering, marketing). Creative mindset with ability to approach challenges from different perspectives. Strong presentation, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, willing to learn, and able to work independently. Comfortable working in multicultural and international environment. Language requirements: Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
