As a Program Manager in KLU’s Executive Education team, you will play a pivotal role in designing, delivering, and scaling high-impact learning experiences for professionals. This role blends hands-on project leadership, client engagement, and business development—perfectly aligned with KLU’s mission to empower leaders with an operations mindset. The position is full-time and limited to 2 years.
Your Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Business Development
1. Act as a trusted advisor and key account manager for corporate clients and university partners.
2. Identify client learning needs and co-develop tailored solutions aligned with their strategic goals.
3. Support marketing and sales efforts by crafting compelling proposals and representing KLU at networking events.
4. Contribute to revenue growth through client acquisition, retention, and relationship building.
Program Design & Delivery
5. Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of executive education programs (customized and open enrollment).
6. Collaborate with the Executive Education leadership, faculty and sales-team to co-create innovative, relevant, and impactful learning journeys.
7. Ensure seamless delivery of programs—on-site, online, and hybrid—by managing logistics, participant experience, and faculty support.
8. Travel with participants to seminar locations across Europe, ensuring high-quality service and engagement.
Operational Excellence & Innovation
9. Manage program budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial compliance.
10. Maintain CRM systems and oversee program documentation, reporting, and feedback analysis.
11. Drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights and process optimization.
12. Stay current with trends in executive education, logistics, supply chain management, and leadership to inform program innovation.
Your qualifications
We’re looking for someone who combines a hands-on mindset with a strong sense of ownership. You enjoy working with clients, thinking entrepreneurially, and taking responsibility for the success of your projects.
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
13. Have experience in leading strategic initiatives from concept to execution, with a strong focus on client engagement, relationship management, and delivering tailored solutions - Background in executive education, consulting, or other client-facing environments is highly valued.
14. Communicate confidently and enjoy building relationships
15. Are curious about learning design and comfortable with digital collaboration tools
16. Are organized and able to manage back-office tasks independently.
17. Are open to traveling with program participants across Europe.
18. Speak English fluently; German is a plus.
