At our esteemed practice, we seek an accomplished employment law expert to elevate our team. A strong background in individual and collective employment law, social security law, business immigration, and related matters is essential.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver comprehensive advice on labor, employment, business immigration, and social security law to clients.
* Lead less experienced lawyers within the team, supervise assigned lawyers, and trainees, ensuring seamless workflow.
* Provide risk analysis and pre-litigation counsel, actively participate in preparing/defending clients' defense in case of litigation.
* Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for clients, organizing meetings and conference calls.
The ideal candidate will hold a university degree in law and have obtained the Avoué. They should demonstrate a strong interest in employment law with around 3-5 years of experience. Proficiency in French and English is required, with knowledge of German and/or Luxembourgish being an asset.
