Job Overview
As a Data Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing the organisation's data architecture. You will work closely with data analysis teams to ensure that data is collected, stored, processed and used effectively to inform business decisions and optimise processes.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing scalable and flexible data architectures, ensuring continuous improvement of the data recovery system and collaborating closely with stakeholders to provide innovative solutions aligned with business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Designing data architectures by considering current and future business needs.
* Implementing data integration solutions to bring together data from various sources.
* Ensuring data consistency, quality and security across databases and their infrastructures.
* Collaborating with data analysis teams to ensure the data architecture supports analytical needs.
* Maintaining a technology watch to provide innovative solutions aligned with business requirements.
Profile Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must have:
* A Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science.
* At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
* Solid knowledge of information systems architecture, database administration (Microsoft SQL Server), programming languages (Powershell, SQL) and BI tools (PowerBI, SSRS, SSIS).
* Knowledge of Machine Learning, python, SPARK, Azure, DevOps release management and big data concepts are considered an advantage.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work under pressure and organise tasks efficiently to meet deadlines.
* Excellent communication skills for interacting with technical and non-technical teams.
* Proactive and methodical approach to achieving high-quality, accurate and actionable data.
* A strong drive for continuous learning in the data domain.
* Good writing, analytical and summarising skills.
* Written and spoken fluency in English and French. Knowledge of Luxembourgish and German is an asset.
