Role Summary
Provides formal civil supervision per German Building Law, ensuring all foundations, earthworks, drainage, structures, and roads comply with approved design, geotechnical reports, and permits.
Key Responsibilities
Construction Supervision
* Oversee earthworks, excavation, backfilling, compaction.
* Inspect foundation construction, reinforcement, formwork, concrete pouring.
* Verify drainage, stormwater systems, cable trench civil works.
* Ensure compliance with geotechnical report
Inspection & Testing
* Witness compaction tests, concrete sampling, slump tests.
* Review civil ITPs, QAPs, method statements.
Documentation
* Maintain civil inspection reports, NCRs, daily logs.
* Track EPC compliance with permits & environmental conditions.
