Organization Change Management Lead/Change Manager
Düsseldorf, Germany 3 days onsite/week
Must-Have
(Ideally it should not be more than 3-5)
• Strong experience in OCM for enterprise transformations (ServiceNow / AI / Digital platforms)
• Expertise in stakeholder management, communications, and training delivery
• Experience performing change impact analysis and adoption tracking
• Ability to operate across business, IT, and leadership stakeholders in global programs
• Strong understanding of AI-led transformation and adoption challenges

# Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
1. Define & execute OCM strategy including change roadmap, governance, and impact analysis aligned to program transformation objectives
2. Drive stakeholder engagement, communication, and adoption through structured change networks, leadership alignment, and targeted messaging
3. Lead training & enablement programs (role-based learning, train-the-trainer, capability building) to support transition to AI-enabled processes
4. Conduct Change Impact Assessments (CIA) and define mitigation plans across people, process, and technology dimensions
5. Enable AI adoption and behavioural change, ensuring users shift from manual processes to agentic, automated workflows
