Our client is a well-established international industrial group currently experiencing strong and continuous growth across its operations. The Luxembourg office, located in Esch-sur-Alzette, is one of the group’s largest and most strategic sites, employing around 60 people and playing a central role in the organization’s financial and operational structure.
To support its expansion and reinforce its local financial leadership, the company is looking to recruit a Financial Controller with international exposure and strong language skills. This position offers high visibility within the group and is designed for an ambitious professional seeking medium-term progression toward a CFO role within a stable and fast-growing industrial environment
Your Responsibilities | Financial Controller – Industrial Company - Luxembourg
* Manage and oversee the financial controlling activities of the Luxembourg entity, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with group standards.
* Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, as well as budgets and forecasts, and provide clear variance analyses to management.
* Act as a business partner to local and group stakeholders, delivering financial insights to support strategic and operational decisions.
* Contribute to process improvements, audits, and compliance, while coordinating with international finance teams.
Profile and Career Path | Become a CFO - Financial Controller – Industrial Company - Luxembourg
* You have at least 5 years of experience as a Financial Controller or in a similar finance role, ideally within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
* You are fluent in English and German, enabling effective communication in an international context; French is a strong asset.
* You possess strong analytical skills and a hands-on approach, allowing you to manage both operational and strategic topics.
* You are an ambitious professional with a clear desire to grow into a senior leadership position, such as CFO.
