We are seeking an individual to fill the role of Service Desk Agent, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and technical support in a fast-paced environment.
Main Responsibilities:
* Providing timely assistance to customers through various communication channels
* Collaborating with colleagues to resolve complex technical issues
* Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and providing regular updates
* Participating in infrastructure improvement projects to enhance the overall service experience
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; relevant work experience also considered
* Proficiency in MS Windows systems, MS Office, and other relevant technologies
* Fluency in English; additional language skills an asset
* Strong team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends due to 24/7 service
* ITIL certification beneficial but not required
