Job Summary:
The Sales Operations Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the timely and accurate management of sales processes, ensuring a high level of service quality and structured customer engagement.
Key Performance Indicators include managing existing and new customer relationships, supporting sales forecasts and inputs, and coordinating quote-to-cash processes.
* Ensure effective communication with customers through email, phone, or occasional on-site visits
* Monitor customer development in terms of turnover, pricing, consumption, and contract fulfillment
* Support strategic planning by providing updated sales forecasts and inputs
* Coordinate the creation of customer and material master data in ERP systems
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
* Fluent English language skills and proficiency in at least one additional European language
* First experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a multinational environment
* Proactive, self-motivated, communicative, and customer-centric approach
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
