The Role
Kyndryl Consult is the fastest growing part of the organization, crucial to our strategic growth. As a Consult Partner - Cloud Migration, Manufacturing, you will lead multidisciplinary teams, guide complex consulting engagements, and develop strategic change initiatives within Kyndryl's largest accounts, working closely with senior executives across business and IT sectors.
Your responsibilities include driving profitable growth, building strong client relationships at the CXO level, leading client engagement, and ensuring high-quality delivery. You will focus on financial outcomes, client impact, and leadership development.
Key duties:
* Drive revenue through signings and targets
* Manage profitability, margins, and pipeline development
* Build and maintain relationships with senior clients
* Lead complex engagements and oversee delivery
* Foster a culture of continuous development and innovation
* Shape and drive strategic initiatives using industry and technology expertise
Who You Are
You possess over 10 years of experience in technology consulting, with proven success in delivery, business development, and client engagement at the CXO level. You have strong industry knowledge, especially in Manufacturing, and are fluent in German and English. You are innovative, influential, and committed to personal growth and diversity.
