Your area of responsibility
* Manage, acquire, and develop partnerships with international distributors and retailers
* Drive sales execution across your assigned regions and develop business plans to support growth
* Analyse markets, trends, and product opportunities
* Represent the company at international events and fairs
* Collaborate closely with our Global Markets team to ensure cross-market alignment and consistent execution across all countries
* Serve as a sparring partner for colleagues by sharing expertise and helping to elevate the team’s overall performance
* Bring a strong commercial mindset that allows you to work seamlessly with online and offline channels, E-commerce understanding is a plus
What distinguishes you
* 5+ years of experience in international sales, export management, or business development
* Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
* High ownership mindset, structure, and ambition
* Fluent English, knowledge of additional foreign languages is a plus
* Willingness to travel internationally
* “Hands-on” attitude and ability to work independently
* Experience collaborating across teams and driving initiatives through influence
