Engagement Lead – Total Rewards & Pay Transparency

Purpose of the Role
As an Engagement Lead, you’ll deliver tailor-made Total Reward solutions aligned with client strategy—salary structures, bonus schemes, benefit policies—and guide organizations through EU Pay Transparency compliance. You’ll also support clients in creating robust job architecture and grading structures.
What You’ll Be Working On
* Pay Transparency Initiatives: Establish “Equal Work” frameworks through job analysis and grading using Korn Ferry Hay methodology.
* Champion fair compensation practices that promote equity and trust.
* Develop and communicate salary ranges, pay frameworks, and decision-making principles.
* Drive compliance with legislation like the EU Pay Transparency Directive.
* Support DE&I goals by using transparency to close pay gaps.
* Engage Millennials and Gen Z with openness and fairness in pay.
* Position organizations as ethical employers through competitive, transparent rewards.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead client engagements and deliver Total Reward solutions that exceed expectations.
* Build strong relationships across sectors and countries.
* Contribute to business development and manage complex projects.
* Analyze market data and create actionable insights.
* Facilitate workshops with leadership teams.
* Share technical expertise and best practices across EMEA.
* Ensure effective project management with accurate forecasting and timely updates.
Experience & Qualifications
* Experience leading complex programs and negotiating with diverse stakeholders.
* Background in Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, HR consulting, or related fields.
* Knowledge of reward system design and job evaluation.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Fluent in English and German (additional EU languages a plus).
* Degree in Business, Law, Mathematics, or similar preferred.
