Store Manager Job Description
Besides being a successful Store Manager, you will be responsible for the disciplinary and professional leadership of employees in your store. You are also accountable for coaching sales processes in the store and providing successful sales techniques to the team.
* You oversee the performance management and achievement of goals for your store.
* Ensure a well-organized operation and external appearance of the store while considering and ensuring compliance with legal regulations, Vodafone Retail Guidelines, as well as inventory and cash handling guidelines.
* You initiate measures to improve customer satisfaction within given guidelines.
* You analyze areas for improvement and proactively promote sustainable resolution.
Requirements
* A completed commercial or business administration training.
* At least 4 years of work experience in retail, telesales/telemarketing, or customer operations or alternatively a completed degree and at least 2 years of work experience.
* Experience and talent in leading employees.
* Excellent knowledge of telecommunications solutions.
* Very good understanding of sales methods and techniques.
* Fluent German skills in speech and writing (C1 according to GER).
