Description We are seeking a skilled Head of Digital Marketing (m/f/d) to join our team at CMS Legal Services. The ideal candidate plays a key role in developing and implementing CMS’ digital marketing and content strategy and drives collaboration on digital marketing. The role holder also is a key contributor and stakeholder in major projects such as reviews of CMS’ client facing digital technology and implementing a data strategy.
The role will report to Director of Digital Marketing, Brand and Communications. Drive collaboration on digital marketing across CMS firms.
Educate on digital best practice, provide trainings and guidance on social media, digital marketing theory and SEO.
Maximise reach and engagement for our LinkedIn accounts.
Optimise the user experience of the website and other external marketing platforms.
Advise BD on how to optimise specific marketing content, incl. web content, videos, etc.
Work with IT and relevant agencies on optimising the website infrastructure for SEO and UX.
Amplify marketing content and firm messaging
Advise on social media campaigns supporting BD and Brand objectives.
Run targeted advertising on social media, Google and display.
More than 10 years’ experience in professional services marketing and digital marketing.
Excellent understanding of digital tools, analytics, content management systems. Being a data strategist is a plus.
Very strong grasp of marketing best practice, including content marketing, social media, advertising and SEO.
With a strong interest in artificial intelligence opportunities, keep up with the latest developments and opportunities.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to present complex information and concepts in a clear and concise manner.
A proactive can-do approach with a drive to support the growth of our business.
