As a Demand Planning & Inventory Analyst (m/f/d) in the Global Replenishment team at HUGO BOSS, you will play a key role in driving data-driven decision-making across our global operations. Step into a role where you will directly influence business performance through analytical insights, optimized processes, and cross-functional collaboration.

What you can expect:

* Act as a business analyst for Global Replenishment, translating business questions into analyses, reports and system requirements.
* Analyze, simulate and auditstock-on-hand levels and inventory flows across Global Replenishment operations to identify risks, opportunities and optimization potential.
* Design, develop and maintainstandardized inventory and performance reports for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring high data quality and transparency.
* Analyze and monitoroperational performance (e.g. service levels, stock KPIs, sales performance) across business areas and derive concrete recommendations for improvement.
* Develop and distribute sales performance reporting (e.g. stock order performance, WHS & RET sales performance, NOS sales shares, ad-hoc sales/order book analyses).
* Analyze and documentIT and business processes, identifying improvements that enhance data quality, standardization and process efficiency.
* Create and maintainBCD documentation and collaborate closely with the IT team to design and implement system standards and solutions.
* Define and optimizeprocesses related to IT requirements, acting as the key communication interface between business and IT.
* Prepare and deliveruser trainings and communicate system releases and changes to relevant stakeholder groups, ensuring adoption and understanding.
* Supportcompany-wide process and KPI improvement initiatives with your analytical and process know-how.
* Maintain and analyze risk buy templates and consolidate them into an value-based overview to support strategic planning.


Your profile:

* University degree (Bachelor, Master, or Diploma) in Business Administration, Economics, Business Informatics, Data/Business Analytics or a similar field.
* Initial experience in abusiness analyst, demand planning, inventory management or performance reporting role.
* Strong proficiency inMS Office, especially Excel (complex analyses, dashboards, automation) and PowerPoint (clear visualization of results).
* Experience withSAP (AFS / Retail); additional experience with reporting, BI or analytics tools is a plus.
* Excellentanalytical and conceptual skills, with the ability to structure complex questions and translate data into clear, actionable insights.
* Aproactive, solution-oriented mindset and the ability to work effectively in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
* Strongcommunication and stakeholder management skills, with a team-oriented and collaborative way of working.
* Highmotivation and potential for further development within HUGO BOSS.
* Fluency inBusiness English; German is an advantage.
