Expert Pensions (all genders)
Expert (all genders) in the Area of Occupational Retirement Provision at Bayer; Support in the design, further development, and management of one of the most significant occupational pension systems in Germany, contributing to the legal oversight of all German occupational retirement provision entities of Bayer (pension funds, etc.).
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. WHO YOU ARE
2. Academic Qualification: You have successfully passed your first and second state examinations (fully qualified lawyer). Expertise: Ideally, you have knowledge in the field of occupational pensions, particularly in labor, tax, and insurance supervisory law. An understanding of business contexts, especially regarding balance sheet issues and provisions, is advantageous. Experience: You already have experience in the field of occupational pensions, particularly concerning occupational pension institutions (EbAVs). Team Spirit: You are a team player and possess a strong ability to understand and think in a networked manner. Structured Work Style: Your systematic and structured working style enables you to successfully manage complex tasks.
This is a fixed-term contract for 12 months.
