Bioprocess Marketing Expert

Responsibilities:
1. Globally oversee the development and implementation of marketing strategies for Eppendorf Bioprocess solutions.
2. Ensure successful global market introduction of new Bioprocess products.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create product-specific and cross-product marketing strategies, plan creative campaigns, and execute them effectively.
4. Determine content, messaging, target groups, and campaigns to sustainably increase demand for our products.
5. Develop and maintain marketing materials for sales support, continuously evaluate existing sales tools, and introduce innovative tools.
6. Work with the events team to design the presentation of Bioprocess solutions at global and regional trade fairs, and be responsible for the content-driven conception of conferences and customer events.
7. Ensure that our sales personnel are well-trained.
* Hold a degree in Life Science with a focus on Biotechnology or a related field, preferably with at least five years of experience in a marketing role within the Life Science, Pharma, or Biotechnology sector.
* Or hold a business degree with a focus on marketing and have at least five years of marketing experience in the Life Science, Pharma, or Biotechnology sector.
* Show a deep understanding of integrated marketing campaigns and enjoy trying out new ideas.
* Bring a high level of self-motivation, work reliably as part of a team, and have experience in coordinating multiple tasks.
* Have experience working in globally operating, multifunctional teams.
* Excellent English and German language skills.
