The role
A fantastic opportunity to work at the heart of HelloFresh Group's Treasury team. This role is a key position within the Group Treasury team supporting various kinds of strategic treasury initiatives. You will be the right hand of the Director Group Treasury for all corporate finance topics and your analysis will drive C-level decisions about financing strategies and cash relevant financial reporting & communication.

The role is based in Berlin, reports to the Director Group Treasury and is an individual contributor.
What you’ll do
1. You collaborate closely with the Director Group Treasury to manage the external debt portfolio, capital markets activities, and act as a sparring partner on strategic treasury decisions.
2. Moreover, you own reporting and analysis for rating agencies, support lender communications, and contribute to discussions with auditors, including inputs to the annual report and maintenance of treasury policies.
3. You take responsibility for key treasury initiatives such as rolling out and maintaining free cash flow analysis, implementing a global card program and policy, and identifying productivity and value-adding improvements.
4. Furthermore, you act as the first point of contact for treasury accounting topics, including cash pooling and hedging, while managing intercompany loan frameworks in collaboration with Tax.
5. In addition, you oversee automated FX hedging solutions and ensure they operate effectively across the group.
6. You partner with key finance stakeholders to align treasury processes and initiatives across regions and functions.
7. Finally, you deliver ad-hoc analyses and deep dives into financials to support management decision-making.
What you’ll bring
8. 7+ years of experience in treasury, controllership, or related finance functions, ideally including exposure to financing (private and capital markets) and rating agencies
9. Strong financial modelling, Excel, and analytical skills with the ability to understand complex financials in high detail and accuracy
10. Proven experience leading high-impact strategic initiatives, strong project management skills, and confident engagement with C-suite stakeholders
11. Ability to work independently on complex topics while collaborating effectively across diverse, cross-functional teams
12. Solid understanding of treasury accounting is a plus, along with proficiency in treasury management systems (e.g. Kyriba) and experience with Oracle Fusion or Workday Adaptive
13. Data-driven, hands-on, and pragmatic mindset combined with a customer-centric approach and excellent communication skills
14. Strong prioritization skills, a collaborative team-player attitude, and the ability to create clear, professional, and insightful presentations
