Let's connect: If you want to experience how things are done in the Property & Casualty Global Services team at our headquarters in Hannover / Germany, join us on a temporary basis for 24 months, commencing as soon as possible as a Client Excellence Consultant. The position is suitable for part-time work as well (minimum 19 hours per week).
You can look forward to
* Contributing to the operational core processes of our global Key Account Management team (Client Excellence)
* Supporting the review and implementation of client strategies as well as the preparation of reporting
* Coordinating and documenting meetings, including at Board level
* Organising roundtables, presentations, and training sessions
* Conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses of our key client relationships
* Actively contributing ideas to the further development of activities within the context of Key Account Management
You come equipped with
* A degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
* Strong numerical aptitude
* Confident use of MS Office; knowledge of Salesforce, AI tools, and project management methodologies is an advantage
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Business-fluent English and conversational German skills
* Strong service- and team-oriented mindset, as well as an interest in intercultural collaboration
