YOUR TASKS
* Become part of the global and strategic HR team "People & Culture Global Operations & Technology”
* Support the conception and implementation of strategic HR topics with the local HR teams
* Work independently on exciting topics in the area of global People & Culture, such as preparation and compilation of reports, whilst communicating with P&C teams around the world
* Participate in overarching international projects, including the design and implementation of a Job Architecture.
YOUR PROFILE
* Registered student (m/f/d) in business administration, business psychology, social sciences, or a comparable course, ideally with a focus on human resources
* Very good knowledge of using MS Office programs, especially MS Excel and Power Point
* First practical experience in an HR department is an advantage
* Confident command of English
* Analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently
* Enjoy a varied and responsible job in a dynamic and international team
