With a strong foundation already in place, we are seeking a Director specialising in Engineering and Product C-Level positions (CTO, CPO, and all Data Suite roles) to help lead and grow our Nicholson Executive practice in Germany.

What You’ll Be Doing:
As a 360 recruitment consultant, you’ll have the chance to work with some of the most innovative PE/VC-backed tech start-ups, scale-ups, and leading professional services companies. You’ll be responsible for C-suite and leadership placements, helping to shape the future of high-growth businesses across Germany and Europe.
