Social AI Creative (Art Direction Content Creation) A visual-first creative who uses AI as a superpower. Start Date: ASAP Duration: 12 months Location: Hamburg *Please note this is a contract role and you must be registered as a freelance contractor* About the Role We’re looking for a Social Creative who thinks in visuals, moves fast, and loves turning AI tools into real, scroll-stopping content. If you’re someone who combines the eye of an Art Director, the instincts of a Social Creator, and the curiosity to push AI tools (Gemini, Veo, Nano Banana, Midjourney, Runway…), this role is for you. You’ll concept and create social-native ideas, quickly turn them into Reels, Stories, images or short videos, and help shape how the Gemini brand looks and feels across social platforms. What You’ll Do Create fast-turn visual content using AI tools (Veo, Nano Banana, Gemini, Midjourney, Runway, etc.) Cut and edit Reels, Stories, short videos, and social visuals Develop ideas that feel native to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Bring AI concepts to life – from prompt to final asset Spot social trends early and translate them into original ideas Work across social platforms and understand what performs where What You Bring Background in a creative role (Art Direction, Design, Motion, Content Creation) Strong visual instincts and a feel for social-first storytelling Solid editing skills (video image) Practical experience with generative AI tools Ability to write simple, strong prompts Hands-on mindset: you can concept fast and make it yourself Comfortable working in fast, ambiguous, internet-native environments Fluency in German & English, especially for nuanced captions or scripts Bonus Experience creating content for tech-forward or AI products A personal social presence or portfolio where you show visual experiments Ability to build quick demos or prototype ideas with AI Experience working with cross-functional teams
