* Project management and coordination of external architects and engineering experts will be carried out.
* A responsible handling of all phases of the HOAI (Honorarordnung für Architekten und Ingenieure) is required.
* Fachtechnical support and participation in the implementation of procurement procedures for service-related purposes are required.
* Bau- and planning-related consulting for internal departments and property managers is required.
* An academic degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering is essential.
* Knowledge and experience in the implementation of procurement procedures for construction and services, as well as project coordination (project management), are required.
* A minimum of 3 years of professional experience and relevant knowledge and experience in building and planning law are necessary.
* The willingness to participate in further training events and to carry out business trips (also multi-day) must be available.
* A valid driving license (class B) is required.
