Position: CAM Software Engineer for Milling Operations (m/w/d)

Employment Type: Full-time, Day Shift
Working Hours: 35 - 40 hours per week
Your Responsibilities:
* Develop and optimize milling programs using advanced CAM software tailored for CNC machining centers.
* Configure and operate CNC milling machines from leading manufacturers like Stama, Chiron, and Alzmetall.
* Collaborate with production teams to enhance machining processes and improve overall manufacturing efficiency.
* Conduct detailed quality assurance through dimensional inspections and visual assessments of finished parts.
* Implement continuous improvements in programming and machine setup to reduce cycle times and improve part accuracy.
Your Profile:
* Completed vocational training as a CNC machinist specializing in milling technology or an equivalent qualification with relevant professional experience.
* Proficient in interpreting technical drawings and using precision measuring instruments.
* Hands-on experience with CAM programming software is highly advantageous.
* Independent, methodical, and quality-focused work approach.
* German language skills at least at B2 level.
* Possession of a valid Class B driving license and access to a personal vehicle is beneficial.
