An exciting and meaningful role within the important and growing Wealth Management segment of Deutsche Bank Luxembourg. You will have the chance to become a reliable contact for the Senior Relationship Managers and international clients and you are part of a dynamic and highly motivated team. Your goal is to maximize client satisfaction as well as establishing credibility and trust, maintaining the highest standards of personal and professional integrity. You are in touch with our bank-internal specialists (Product, Credit, Risk, Legal and Compliance), and handle complex account related queries and execute all processes of the life cycle of a Private Banking account.
Key responsibilities:
1. Supporting coverage teams in Luxembourg and offshore locations on newly adopted clients and account maintenance activities
2. Administration of client data and respective account codifications
3. Working closely together with all involved departments including Market coverage, Product, Credit, Risk, Legal and Compliance Teams
4. Ensure all interactions adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements, incl storage in Deutsche Bank’s banking system
5. Support periodic projects with the objective to continuously enhance processes and procedures
Skills:
6. 2 years of financial services experience, preferably within Private Banking, or Customer Services
7. Banking products knowledge and acquired understanding of bank policies, processes and services
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
9. Good problem-solving skills, multitasking and attention to detail
10. Strong teamwork and organizational skills, ability to work under strict deadlines
11. Positive attitude and dynamic working approach
12. Excellent English and German language skills, other languages are an advantage
The successful candidate will be asked to present a recent criminal record.
