Responsibilities:
1. Take charge of the management and coordination of order fulfillment for major retail partners in the Dach region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland);
2. Communicate with retail stores, warehouses, and logistics suppliers to ensure the smooth and timely delivery of goods;
3. Monitor and track the transportation of goods, and solve any delivery problem or delay proactively;
4. Collaborate closely with the sales and supply chain teams to ensure that inventory planning is consistent with order processing;
5. Ensure that order-related documents (including invoices, transportation documents, and compliance documents) are accurate and kept up-to-date;
6. Provide high-quality service and support to retail partners, handle their inquiries in a timely manner, and ensure a smooth experience;
7. Analyze the order fulfillment performance and generate optimization suggestions to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction;
8. Ensure smooth communication between internal teams and external partners in both German and English.
Requirements:
1. Proficient in German and English (written and spoken), fluency in other languages is a plus;
2. Relevant experience in order fulfillment, logistics, supply chain, or retail coordination is preferred;
3. Have strong organizing and problem-solving abilities, and can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment;
4. Proficient in using ERP systems, order management software, and Microsoft Office (such as Excel and Outlook);
5. Pay attention to details, with a proactive service awareness and a customer-oriented mindset;
6. Able to collaborate efficiently with international teams and partners.
