Stellenbeschreibung
* Acts as the bridge between current operations and future standardized processes
* Translates complex operational requirements into standardized business processes
* Supports process harmonization during the transition from R3 to S/4HANA by identifying legacy processes to be retired, improved, or standardized
* Identifies improvement projects to be launched via the Inflow Control Board
* Prioritizes projects delivering the highest impact against the company’s ambition in terms of savings, revenue generation, customer satisfaction, and sustainability
* Ensures achievement of project objectives (time, scope, cost, quality) in line with customer expectations and in compliance with internal and external rules and regulations
* Defines, implements, and leads the project team and governance throughout all project phases, including cross-functional and matrix organizations
* Ensures effective integration of lessons learned
* Manages risks, opportunities, and contractual aspects (internal and external) proactively
* Ensures effective management of partners and suppliers
* Supports performance management through a strong understanding of Supply Chain datasets within the Airbus Customer Services environment
* Develops a solid understanding of Supply Chain data structuration in an SAP context
* Uses data modeling to derive actionable levers aimed at improving overall Supply Chain performance

Anforderungsprofil
* Completed studies in the field of engineering, business administration, supply chain / logistics, or a comparable qualification
* Professional experience in the field of:
o Customer service
o Supply Chain
o Supply Chain/Logistics
o projektmanagement
* Experience with data analysis and digitalisation tools
* Good knowledge of using SAP
* knowledge of using Google Workspace
* Fluent in English
* German and French are a plus
