Responsibilities:
1. Vocational training as a a plastics and rubber technologist
2. Familiarize with production and maintenance departments
3. Actively work in the departments: Mixing plant, blank production, molding (machines), finishing, coating, quality control
4. Getting to know the interfaces to logistics and quality management
5. Programming and setting-up production machines
6. Participation in special projects such as "Trainees recruit trainees"
Qualifications:
7. Good understanding of technical processes
8. If possible, vocational school in metal technology etc.
9. Basic computer knowledge
10. Accurate and thorough work
11. Ability to work independently, in a structured manner and self-organized
12. Good manners and ability to work in a team as well as communication skills
13. Ability to adapt flexibly to new situations
14. Well groomed appearance and self-secure
