**Job Title:** Training Coordinator
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement comprehensive training programs in line with strategic business objectives.
* Evaluate and manage external training providers and internal trainers to ensure efficient resource allocation.
The ideal candidate will hold a high school diploma or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of three years of professional experience in Human Resources, specifically in the field of training, is required. Proficiency in MS Office is essential, as well as exceptional interpersonal skills and a service-oriented attitude.
Familiarity with French, Luxembourgish, and English languages is mandatory for written and spoken communication. Knowledge of German is considered an asset.
