What We Offer
In this role, you’ll lead a team of testing engineers and play a key role in shaping our partnerships with premium automotive clients. You’ll combine technical expertise with strategic client management and business development — identifying new opportunities and strengthening long-term relationships.
* You lead and mentor a team of engineers working on testing and validation of infotainment functions.
* You collaborate closely with premium automotive clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
* You identify and pursue new business opportunities and project potentials within established client ecosystems.
* You coordinate with onshore, nearshore, and offshore partners to ensure smooth project execution.
* You act as a key contact for clients — managing inquiries, resolving issues, and building trust.
* You drive process improvements to enhance testing efficiency and quality.
* You contribute to strategic planning and help expand our footprint in the premium automotive industry.
What You Bring
* You have several years of experience in automotive software testing, especially in embedded systems and infotainment.
* You’ve successfully led teams and managed testing projects with major automotive clients.
* You bring a strong, existing network within the premium automotive sector, particularly with key stakeholders at Volkswagen Group brands, especially Porsche and VW.
* You understand the full product development lifecycle and have hands‑on experience with test specification, HiL testing, and restbus simulation.
* You’re confident in client‑facing roles and enjoy building long‑term relationships.
* You speak German and English fluently and can navigate both technical and business conversations with ease.
* You’re familiar with industry‑standard tools and ideally with the toolchains and processes used by leading OEMs.
* You’re a strategic thinker, proactive, and motivated to drive innovation and growth.
