Your tasks
?
1. You will actively support the planning, coordination and follow-up of project management tasks.
2. You will also be responsible for the preparation and follow-up of management meetings, including taking minutes and tracking tasks.
3. The creation and maintenance of presentations, dashboards and communication documents for management will also be part of your activities.
4. You will also contribute to internal communication by creating posts on the intranet or short video formats.
5. In addition, you will research and prepare information for decision-making purposes.
6. Collaboration in the optimization of processes and tools in the project environment will round off your area of responsibility.
Your profile?
7. You are an enrolled student (m/f/d) in the field of economics, communication sciences, media management or a comparable course of study.
8. You are characterized by your strong organizational talent and structured way of working.
9. You are confident with MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel. Ideally, you also have experience with tools such as Confluence, JIRA or MS Teams.
10. You have a strong affinity for media and a keen interest in visual communication, including simple video editing and presentation design.
11. The ability to work in a team, initiative and strong communication skills are key qualities that characterize you.
12. Very good German language skills and good English skills complete your profile.
