Looking for a varied, fast-paced role right in the heart of RWEST? As Team Assistant in Corporate Affairs, you’ll be joining a group of ~50 colleagues spread across 5 locations, all dedicated to driving RWEST’s growth and future-readiness. Here, you’ll get hands-on with a rich mix of services and products, work alongside both the Board and Senior Managers, and contribute to real, high-impact projects. Change is constant, so you’ll never be short of fresh opportunities to develop your skill set.
About the role
1. Own classic assistance tasks for team leads: e.g. diary management, booking travel, ordering IT equipment and handling purchase orders
2. Dive into content-driven work with e.g. document preparation, creating surveys (MS Forms, Menti), and building interactive boards in Mural for meetings and workshops
3. Coordinate the organisation of events, supporting both our department and wider RWEST initiatives
4. Engage with a broad range of topics and strategic projects, gaining exposure to diverse areas of the business
5. Foster an agile and responsive team environment, adapting to changing priorities and dynamic business needs
Job requirements and experience
6. Proven ability to manage and own multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced setting
7. Highly structured and organised, supporting the day-to-day operational excellence of the team
8. Strong problem-solving abilities to address challenges effectively
9. Proactive and independent, while maintaining a collaborative approach within the team
10. Proficient in Outlook and PowerPoint
11. Excellent communication skills in both German and English
12. Demonstrates persistence and resilience, maintaining focus and effectiveness in the face of challenges, setbacks and changing priorities
Advantageous, but not essential
13. Experience with SAP
14. Familiarity with Menti, Mural, or MS Forms
