We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant (m/f/d) to support our Human Resources team in Düsseldorf. This role will primarily focus on Recruitment and Talent Development activities, providing end-to-end support throughout the employee lifecycle and contributing to the development of our talent pipeline.
Recruitment
Support the full recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and offer preparation.
Manage communication with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruitment agencies.
Maintain and update recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems.
Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment events.
Prepare recruitment reports and analyze hiring data when required.
Assist in the planning, coordination, and implementation of learning and development programs.
Support onboarding activities for new employees.
Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and employee development initiatives.
Collect and analyze feedback from training programs to support continuous improvement.
Support talent review, succession planning, and employee engagement activities.
General HR Support
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Support HR projects and administrative activities as required.
Ensure compliance with internal HR policies and local labor regulations.
Collaborate closely with various departments to support business needs.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
~1–3 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in recruitment and/or talent development.
~ Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
~ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
~ Experience with HR systems or applicant tracking systems is an advantage.
~ Fluent English is required; German language skills are a plus.
