Product Builder — Talonic (Remote · Contract-to-Hire · Berlin HQ)
We're hiring builders who ship — not managers who plan.
You'll design, build, and launch a complete business tool every 1–2 weeks using AI-assisted development: useful products that solve real problems. You own everything end to end: concept, code, design and launch.
No engineering team. No sprint planning. No Jira. Just you, your AI toolkit, and a live URL.
What you'll do:
• Ship business tools at high pace, from concept to live URL
• Build end-to-end using AI-native tools — Claude, Cursor, v0, Replit, Bolt, or whatever ships fastest for you
• Own the full launch: landing page, SEO, social distribution, community seeding
• Instrument usage, track what works, kill what doesn't, iterate fast
• Present your work in a weekly 30-minute show-and-tell — that's the only standing meeting
What we're looking for
1. A live portfolio — You have a live URL of something that you've built to show. A working tool on Vercel beats a PM resume from anywhere. If you have nothing live or don't want to create something fast for this application, this isn't the right fit.
2. AI-native passion and workflows — You build in at least Claude, Cursor, Codeum, Replit, Bolt, Lovable, Windsurf. You can describe your build stack in one sentence.
3. Speed — When we ask "what's the fastest you've shipped something?" you answer in hours or days, not weeks.
4. Distribution instinct — You can answer "how would you get 500 users with zero budget?" with specific channels, communities, and tactics.
5. Taste — You notice when padding is wrong. You can explain why one form flow converts better than another. Design sensibility shows in your work.
6. Autonomy — You thrive without a manager assigning tasks. You'd rather ask forgiveness than wait for permission.
Probably not for you if
• Your strength is managing engineering teams, not building things yourself
• You need detailed requirements before you start
• You don't have personal projects or shipped experiments outside your day job
• Your first question is "what's the tech stack?" rather than "can I use whatever ships fastest?"
How it works
• Start: 2-week paid trial. Ship one tool. If it's live and people use it, we keep going.
• Format: Contract-to-hire. Remote-first. Berlin HQ. Async by default.
• Comp: Competitive base + bonus per tool that hits usage milestones.
• Tools: Your choice. We cover subscriptions for whatever you need.

How to apply
Send a link to info@talonic.ai of something you've built. Not a resume. Not a cover letter. A URL.
* Optional: 3–4 sentences on what you'd build first and why.
