Your responsibilities
Position Overview:
The Operations Business Partner (m/f/d) supports the efficient and well-structured operation of the Europe R&D Center, based in Stuttgart. The role is responsible for administrative coordination, procurement support and cost control across the European R&D organization. Acting as a key interface between European R&D sites, sales entities and headquarters, this position ensures transparent processes, efficient resource allocation and alignment with the Group’s overall strategy.
Your Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and optimize administrative and operational processes within the Europe R&D Center
* Support procurement and supplier management in close cooperation with business departments and Finance
* Monitor operating expenses and project costs; prepare regular cost analyses and status reports
* Support audits and ensure compliance with internal control and governance standards
* Manage company assets and support inventory activities
* Facilitate cross-functional and cross-regional collaboration between European R&D units
* Act as a communication bridge between the Europe R&D Center, headquarters and European sales organizations
* Contribute to the standardization and continuous improvement of processes and systems
Your profile
* Degree in Business Administration, Economics or a comparable qualification
* Several years of experience in administration, controlling, procurement or project support, preferably in an international environment
* Strong understanding of cost structures, processes and organizational workflows
* Structured, reliable and solution-oriented working style
* Excellent communication and coordination skills across cultures
* Very good English skills; German is an advantage
* Confident user of MS Office and ERP systems
